Detailed Review
The ARTIPOLY Fruit Picker is an adjustable harvesting tool designed to help gardeners and orchard owners collect tree fruit safely from the ground. Featuring a telescoping pole that extends from 4 to 12 feet, it provides a total reach of over 20 feet when combined with standing height, eliminating the need to balance on ladders.
The pole is constructed from rustproof, high-strength aluminum that resists bending while remaining lightweight to help reduce arm fatigue during longer harvesting sessions. At the base, a non-slip foam grip provides firm control even when working in damp or wet conditions. The harvesting basket attaches securely via a twist-on mechanism designed to stay tight while pulling fruit from branches.
To protect your harvest, the large metal basket includes an elastic foam pad lining the bottom. This cushion catches items like apples, pears, mangoes, avocados, and lemons, preventing surface scratches and bruising. The basket size accommodates tree fruits ranging between 1.25 and 5.5 inches in diameter, letting you harvest various crops without swapping heads.
As a practical trade-off, this picker is limited to fruits that fall within the 1.25 to 5.5-inch diameter range. Very small berries or oversized fruits will not fit the basket opening properly. Additionally, achieving the full 20-foot reach relies on the user standing and holding the pole overhead rather than the pole alone measuring 20 feet.
Verdict: The ARTIPOLY Fruit Picker is an ideal solution for home growers who want to harvest tree fruit safely from the ground. Its padded basket and sturdy, lightweight aluminum pole make fruit picking easy and bruise-free.
