Detailed Review
The Home-X Fruit Picker Basket is an attachment designed to take the struggle out of harvesting produce from tree branches. It gives gardeners and orchard owners a simple way to collect tree fruit without damaging delicate skins.
The basket features finger-like prongs at the top that hook around stems, letting you pull fruit directly from the branch. Inside, the vinyl-coated basket is lined with a soft foam cushion that softens the impact, keeping apples, peaches, avocados, oranges, pears, and lemons intact and free of bruises as they drop.
Setting up the tool requires securing it to a reach pole using the built-in adjustable clamp. The main limitation is that the extension pole is not included, so you will need to supply your own standard pole. Additionally, the manufacturer does not specify the exact basket dimensions or capacity.
Verdict: The Home-X Fruit Picker Basket is a great pick for anyone who already has an extension pole and wants a gentle, padded tool to gather tree fruit safely.
