Detailed Review
The Focusonproduct SISIUPASSIE fruit picker pole is designed to help gardeners harvest tall fruit trees directly from the ground. Featuring an adjustable telescoping reach, it removes the safety hazards associated with climbing ladders while picking produce. It suits backyard growers and orchard caretakers who need a straightforward way to reach upper branches without damaging their crop.
Constructed from aluminum, the pole balances light handling with structural strength. It adjusts from 5 to 20 feet, providing up to a 26-foot reach when accounting for user height. Built-in flip locks secure the telescoping sections in place to prevent the pole from bending or slipping during use, while a non-slip handle gives you a secure grip as you maneuver between branches.
Harvested produce is caught in a large-capacity basket equipped with a bottom foam pad. This soft base cushions items like apples, oranges, lemons, mangoes, and avocados as they detach, preventing bruises and scratches. Putting the tool together is also straightforward, as the basket attaches securely to the pole without needing extra tools.
Because the design is entirely manual, handling the pole at its full 20-foot extension requires two steady hands, especially when the basket fills with fruit. The listing also does not provide the exact dimensions or weight capacity of the collection basket, so larger harvests may require frequent emptying.
Verdict: This telescoping fruit picker is a practical harvesting solution for anyone tending to medium or tall fruit trees. It offers ample reach, protective cushioning for delicate skins, and a secure locking mechanism that makes high-reach picking safe and accessible.
