Detailed Review
The TEESHLY Bath Tub and Shower Mat provides extra traction and floor coverage for standard bathtubs and shower stalls. Measuring 40 by 16 inches, it offers extended floor coverage that suits family bathrooms, home showers, saunas, spas, and gyms. It is made from soft-touch PVC, creating a comfortable barrier suitable for children, babies, and the elderly.
For stability, the underside features 362 large suction cups designed to grip smooth, clean flooring. On top, the surface uses a domed, pebble-like design with an irregular texture. This patterned structure increases friction underfoot to prevent slipping while providing a gentle, massage-like feel as you stand. To manage water flow during showers, 327 integrated drain holes allow water to circulate and drain smoothly without pooling.
Cleaning the mat is simple since the PVC material is safe for the washing machine. You can wash it using cold water and gentle detergent, then hang it up to air dry. For routine care, periodically rinsing the mat and letting it air dry keeps it fresh between deeper machine washes.
A key limitation is tub surface compatibility. The suction cups require a completely smooth and clean base to latch on, meaning this mat cannot be used on textured, non-smooth, or refinished surfaces. Users also need to manually press down on the suction cups before each use to confirm a solid grip.
Verdict: The TEESHLY Bath Mat is a reliable choice for families or individuals seeking full-coverage traction in a smooth-surfaced tub. Its combination of strong suction, ample drainage holes, and machine-washable PVC makes it an easy-to-maintain bathroom upgrade.
