Detailed Review
The Cousper iPad Mini Keyboard Case turns your compact tablet into a versatile typing setup. Designed specifically for the iPad Mini 7 A17 Pro (2024) and iPad Mini 6 8.3-inch (2021), it provides a physical keyboard alongside full-body protection. This all-in-one setup suits anyone who drafts emails, takes notes, or works on the go without carrying a bulky laptop.
Typing in various environments is straightforward thanks to the integrated backlighting. The keyboard offers seven distinct backlight colors, making keys easy to see in dark rooms or dim transit settings. Because the keyboard connects magnetically, you can detach it entirely whenever you just want to hold the tablet for reading, browsing, or watching video.
Battery longevity and device protection are central to the design. The built-in rechargeable battery provides between 40 and 80 hours of continuous use on a single charge, cutting down on frequent plug-ins. The protective cover uses a stain-resistant material that keeps the tablet safe from dirt, spills, and everyday surface scratches while maintaining easy access to all buttons and ports. Additionally, a built-in slot holds your Pencil 2nd, Pencil (USB-C), or Pencil Pro securely so it stays in place for storage and charging.
When considering trade-offs, compatibility is strictly limited to specific iPad Mini 6 and 7 models (A2993, A2995, A2996, A2567, A2568, and A2569), so owners of earlier generations cannot use it. The product details also do not specify the exact charging cable type or how long a full recharge takes from empty.
Verdict: The Cousper Keyboard Case is a practical accessory for iPad Mini 6 and 7 users who want a backlit typing setup with reliable battery life. If you regularly use your compact tablet for typing and need a secure place to store your stylus, this case delivers strong everyday utility.
