Detailed Review
The Letaya 3 Drawer Mobile File Cabinet is an under-desk metal storage unit designed to organize office supplies and hanging documents in home and corporate workspaces. It solves the clutter problem under your work surface by combining two shallow supply drawers with a deep bottom filing drawer that fits under standard desks.
Built from 0.8mm thick steel, the cabinet provides a rigid, non-deforming build that offers strength, durability, moisture resistance, and fire protection. For mobility and stability, it rests on five 360-degree swivel casters designed to roll smoothly while preventing accidental tip-overs. The front two wheels lock securely in place to stop unintended rolling during the workday.
The interior layout adapts to various office setups. Two upper drawers measuring 2.75 inches high, 16.18 inches deep, and 12.86 inches wide hold personal items and office supplies, while the 9.44-inch high bottom drawer includes adjustable hanging bars to store letter, legal, and A4 folders front-to-back or side-by-side. One central lock secures all three drawers simultaneously using the two included keys, and setup only requires installing the caster wheels.
While setup is minimal, you still have to install the five wheels yourself before placing it under a desk. In addition, the listing details the interior drawer sizes but does not provide the total exterior height, width, and depth measurements.
Verdict: The Letaya 3 Drawer Mobile File Cabinet is an ideal choice for remote workers and office professionals who need durable, lockable under-desk organization for mixed-size document folders and everyday office supplies.
