Detailed Reviews

The Greenworks 60V self-propelled mower combines the convenience of battery power with impressive cutting performance suitable for most residential properties. The dual 4.0Ah batteries provide substantial runtime, though actual coverage depends on your yard's terrain and grass conditions—well-maintained flat lawns will see closer to the advertised 3/4 acre range. The self-propulsion feature is a game-changer for users who want to reduce physical strain while maintaining precise control over cutting speed, making it particularly appealing for those with larger properties or mobility concerns.

Beyond raw performance, this mower excels in user experience and environmental responsibility. The whisper-quiet operation is a genuine advantage for residential neighborhoods, and the maintenance-free design eliminates the seasonal tune-ups and fuel management hassles of traditional gas mowers. The 4-IN-1 cutting versatility and LED headlight add practical features that enhance usability, while the extensive Greenworks ecosystem means you can build a complete cordless yard care system over time.

Verdict: The Greenworks 60V 21in Self-Propelled Lawn Mower is an excellent choice for homeowners seeking a powerful, quiet, and low-maintenance alternative to gas mowers, with strong long-term value through its warranty and tool compatibility. While the premium price point and variable battery performance on challenging terrain warrant consideration, the overall package makes this one of the best lawn mowers for eco-conscious and convenience-focused buyers.
