Detailed Review
The Amico Bathroom Exhaust Fan with Light and Heater is an all-in-one ceiling fixture designed to handle bathroom temperature, moisture, and illumination. Instead of installing separate devices across the ceiling, this system integrates a multi-speed exhaust fan, built-in heating, a cooling breeze function, and customizable overhead lighting into a single unit. It is sized to manage airflow in bathrooms up to 110 square feet.
Airflow performance can be set to 80, 90, or 110 CFM, allowing you to tailor moisture removal to your space and routine. Even at its highest 110 CFM setting, the motor runs at 1.5 Sones, dropping to 1.0 Sone on the lowest 80 CFM speed (and 1.2 Sones at 90 CFM) for unobtrusive everyday ventilation. For lighting, the fixture includes dimmable 3CCT light settings alongside a timer-off function to ensure the system shuts down automatically when not needed.
Year-round comfort is addressed through dual thermal modes. The heater can be engaged before or during showers to warm the space, while the cooling function provides an active breeze during hot weather. Designed for ceiling installations, it requires an 11.3 by 11.3 inch opening, making it suitable for new construction or standard replacement projects.
Because this model is engineered specifically for rooms up to 110 square feet with an 11.3 by 11.3 inch cutout, larger master bathrooms or non-standard ceiling configurations may need different sizing. Additionally, operating heating, cooling, and lighting from one unit means all functions are tied to this single fixture location.
Verdict: The Amico Exhaust Fan is an excellent choice for homeowners looking to streamline their bathroom ceiling fixtures with integrated heating, cooling, lighting, and ventilation. It is particularly well-suited for bathrooms up to 110 square feet where quiet, multi-speed moisture control is a priority.
