Detailed Review
This wired computer gaming mouse delivers precise cursor control and extensive button customization for demanding players. Built around the HERO gaming sensor, it accurately tracks fine sub-micron movements up to 25600 DPI with zero smoothing, filtering, or acceleration. The corded setup ensures constant connectivity for fast-paced play without battery management.
Control options are extensive, offering 11 programmable buttons alongside a dual-mode hyper-fast scroll wheel. Left and right mouse buttons utilize a mechanical switch tensioning system with metal pivot hinges, providing crisp, clean click feedback during intense sessions. The mouse also features customizable LIGHTSYNC RGB lighting, allowing lighting effects to synchronize directly with your games.
Personalization extends to physical handling through five included 3.6-gram weights. You can arrange these internal weights in multiple configurations to match your preferred balance and center of gravity. Software integration allows you to reprogram all 11 inputs and fine-tune the onboard RGB lighting profiles.
A few trade-offs come with this design. Because it is a wired mouse, you must manage cable routing on your desk setup. Additionally, setting up custom RGB illumination and syncing lighting effects with your gaming requires downloading Logitech Gaming Software.
Verdict: This mouse is an excellent match for gamers who want deep physical and digital customization, from adjustable balance weights to 11 programmable buttons. Its sub-micron tracking and mechanical button tensioning make it a reliable choice for precise, macro-heavy gameplay.
