Antennas Direct ClearStream 4V Indoor Outdoor TV Antenna, UHF VHF, Multi-Directional, 70+

The Antennas Direct ClearStream 4V is a multi-directional indoor and outdoor television antenna designed to pull in free network broadcast channels without requiring an internet subscription. It is built for households in suburban and rural areas that need reliable reception from distant broadcast towers.

Equipped with four patented loops and integrated reflectors, the antenna captures UHF and VHF signals from towers located 70 or more miles away. The reflectors serve an important purpose by focusing incoming power and adding forward gain, which shields your television feed against interference that leads to picture pixelation or dropouts. It fully supports modern broadcast formats including Full HD 1080p, NEXTGEN TV, 4K, and 8K UHD.

For installation, the unit measures 17.4 inches high, 27.8 inches wide, and 6 inches deep, and it can be placed indoors, inside an attic, or outdoors. It includes a 20-inch mast featuring a pivoting base, making it easy to mount the hardware securely onto either vertical or horizontal surfaces depending on your home layout.

Keep in mind that physical barriers like surrounding trees, local terrain, and residential building materials will impact actual reception performance. Additionally, as an over-the-air broadcast receiver, it cannot provide cable-exclusive channels.

Verdict: The ClearStream 4V is an excellent choice for rural and suburban viewers wanting high-definition network television without paying for an internet connection or cable package. Its flexible mounting hardware and multi-directional range make it a capable over-the-air solution.
