The Maxell 48x Write-Once CD-R Spindle provides a straightforward physical medium for archiving files, distributing multimedia projects, and sharing data. Packaged as a 25-disc spindle, it offers a reliable offline format for anyone who needs to record information using a computer CD burner.
These discs support recording speeds up to 48x and feature a write-once format, ensuring that once your files are burned, they cannot be accidentally erased or modified. Maxell designed the recording surface to deliver noise-free playback, making the media well suited for multimedia projects, duplicators, and jukebox systems.
Because these are write-once discs, you cannot update or re-use them if you make an error during burning. Additionally, the listing does not state the exact megabyte capacity per disc, though it confirms standard compatibility with computer CD writers and playback across standard CD drives and players.
Verdict: This 25-pack of Maxell CD-R discs is a solid, practical choice for anyone needing permanent, noise-free physical storage for data exchange or multimedia burning. If you have a computer CD writer and want broad playback compatibility, this spindle covers the essentials reliably.
