Presto 03512 Stuffler Stuffed Waffle Maker

The Presto 03512 Stuffler Stuffed Waffle Maker is designed for home cooks who want to bake ingredients directly inside thick Belgian-style waffles rather than piling them on top. It simplifies making custom breakfast or dinner creations by using a layered cooking method: pour a layer of batter, add sweet or savory fillings, and top with more batter before closing.

A 180-degree rotating hinge allows you to flip the unit over right after filling. This motion distributes batter evenly across the interior nonstick grid, helping the waffle cook in minutes so it turns out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The cooking plate is segmented to divide each finished waffle into four easy-to-cut sections.

Removing a stuffed waffle from deep grids can sometimes be awkward, but this appliance includes built-in waffle tongs specifically designed to lift and serve your food cleanly. The nonstick surface also aids in release and helps with post-meal cleanup.

As a trade-off, making stuffed waffles requires a bit more hands-on assembly than standard single-pour waffle irons. Additionally, the manufacturer details do not provide specific exterior dimensions, cord length, or power wattage specifications.

Verdict: The Presto Stuffler is an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys creative home cooking and wants to bake sweet fruits, meats, or cheeses directly into Belgian waffles. It delivers evenly cooked, segmented waffles with practical included tongs for easy serving.

• Want to bake ingredients like fruit, cheese, chocolate, or meat inside your waffles
