Nikon D7500 20.9MP DSLR Camera with AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR Lens, Black

Nikon D7500 is a DSLR camera for buyers who want a capable imaging tool with strong photo features and a versatile lens included. It suits photographers who want a 20.9MP camera with advanced focusing, video options, and controls that can support a range of creative situations.

The camera combines 20.9MP image quality with image processing and metering features based on the D500. For shoppers, that means the D7500 is built around detailed image capture and exposure control features that can help when you want more control over your photos. The included AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR Lens gives buyers a ready to use setup with a lens designed around a broad focal length range. The 35 mm format equivalent is approximately 1.5x that of lenses with an FX format angle of view.

Focusing and action capture are central strengths of the D7500. Its 51 point AF system includes 15 cross type sensors and works with group area AF and continuous shooting capability of up to 8 fps. These features give photographers tools for selecting focus areas and capturing sequences when a single frame is not enough. The 3.2 inch 922K dot tilting LCD screen with touch functionality adds a more flexible way to view images, adjust settings, and compose shots from different positions.

Video creators also get useful recording options, including 4K Ultra HD and 1080p Full HD video with stereo sound. Additional video features include power aperture control, auto ISO, and 4K UHD Time Lapse. The camera is not a simple point and shoot option, so buyers should consider whether they want the control and feature set of a DSLR camera before choosing it.

Verdict: Nikon D7500 is a strong fit for photographers who want a 20.9MP DSLR camera with advanced autofocus, a flexible screen, and both photo and video features. Shoppers who prefer a simpler camera experience may want to look for a more basic option.
