Highlights
- Maximize Space Without Compromise: Get a weight cage, squat rack, and dual-cable crossover in one compact footprint. Designed for home gyms where floor space is premium, the F22 replaces three machines while maintaining full-range motion for all compound lifts
- Engineered for Heavy Lifting: Built with 2"x3" commercial-grade 14-gauge steel (0.08" thick) to support a 1600lb static weight capacity. The structural integrity ensures the frame won't warp or flex under max-load squats, deadlifts, or heavy rack pulls
- Eliminate Frame Sway & Wobble: Our dual-triangle base design increases the contact surface area with your floor, providing a grounded, stable feel during weighted pull-ups or aggressive cable crossovers. No bolting to the floor required for standard stability
- Simultaneous Multi-User Training: The independent dual-pulley system features a 2:1 ratio for smoother cable travel and more precise resistance control. Two people can train at once without cable interference, making it an efficient solution for partner workouts or seamless superset transitions
