Detailed Reviews

The Kenmore Intuition Bagged Upright Vacuum is a well-engineered cleaning solution designed specifically for pet owners and those concerned about indoor air quality. The standout feature is undoubtedly the no-touch bag technology, which eliminates the frustrating and unsanitary process of emptying traditional dust cups—simply press a button and the self-sealing bag disposes of debris without any mess or direct contact. The lift-up design is genuinely practical for households with stairs and multi-level furniture, allowing you to transition seamlessly from whole-floor cleaning to spot cleaning without lugging out a separate handheld unit.

Performance-wise, the 2-motor system delivers impressive suction power on both carpets and hard floors, while the sealed air path with 99.97% HEPA filtration ensures that pet dander, dust, and allergens stay trapped inside the vacuum rather than recirculating into your home. The lightweight construction at under 15lbs makes extended cleaning sessions less tiring, and the LED headlight is a thoughtful addition for spotting hidden dust in dim corners. The included versatile tools and bag fill indicator round out a comprehensive package that feels like a complete cleaning system. This vacuum is best suited for pet owners, allergy sufferers, and anyone who prioritizes convenience and air quality over budget considerations.

Verdict: The Kenmore Intuition is a solid mid-range upright vacuum that delivers on its promises with innovative features like no-touch bag technology and lift-up convenience, earning its 8.4/10 rating. While the ongoing cost of replacement bags is a consideration, the superior filtration, reliable performance, and thoughtful design make it a worthwhile investment for households with pets or allergies.
