Detailed Review
The BedStory 13-Inch Hybrid Full Mattress provides a stable, medium-firm sleeping surface designed for back sleepers, stomach sleepers, and heavier individuals. By combining responsive individually wrapped pocket springs with structured support layers, it offers targeted lumbar reinforcement to maintain spinal alignment without creating a sinking feeling.
To manage temperature, this mattress incorporates breathable knit fabric, moisture-dissipating comfort layers, and an open-coil base that promotes steady airflow. These cooling components work together to prevent heat from getting trapped around your body during the night.
Motion isolation is handled by the independent pocket coils, which dampen movement transfer so that shifts on one side do not disturb the other. The perimeter is reinforced with strengthened edge support, expanding the usable sleeping area and preventing edge sag when sitting or lying near the border. For safety and peace of mind, the mattress is constructed without fiberglass, uses CertiPUR-US certified foams and OEKO-TEX certified fabric, meets federal flammability standards (16 CFR Part 1633), and comes compressed in a box with a 10-year warranty.
Keep in mind that the medium-firm structure is tailored for those who want solid support, meaning it may not suit sleepers looking for an ultra-plush, contouring feel. In addition, the listing does not mention handles for moving the mattress or provide specific details on overall weight.
Verdict: The BedStory 13-Inch Hybrid Full Mattress is an excellent choice for back or stomach sleepers who want firm spinal support, cooler sleep, and reliable edge stability from certified, fiberglass-free materials.
