Detailed Review
The FACBOTALL Triple Wide Bookshelf provides a comprehensive storage solution for anyone managing a large collection of books, media, or home accents. Standing 74 inches high and spanning nearly 59 inches across, this unit combines three vertical columns to create 17 dedicated open compartments. Finished in a retro cherry tone, it brings clean lines to bedrooms, living rooms, and home offices that need serious organization.
Storage capacity and layout are the main strengths of this unit. The compartments are divided to accommodate varied item sizes, with the side cubbies measuring 11.2 inches high and the center cubbies offering an expanded 13.6-inch height. This height difference makes it easy to store taller storage bins, large hardcovers, or decorative pieces without awkward positioning. Every shelf spans 19 inches in width, giving you ample room to group items logically.
Built from particle board, the bookcase relies on a fixed-shelf architecture to maintain structural integrity. While adjustable shelving can sometimes wobble under load, these stationary shelves keep the entire 6-tier frame rigid and secure. Each individual shelf supports up to 33 pounds, allowing you to load rows of books, DVDs, and storage boxes without exceeding safe limits. Clear instructions are included to guide you through the assembly process step by step.
The primary trade-off is the lack of shelf adjustability. Because all 17 cubbies have fixed heights, you cannot alter individual compartments for oversized art or unusually tall items beyond the 13.6-inch center clearance. The unit also requires a wide expanse of wall space, measuring 58.7 inches wide by 9.3 inches deep, so careful room measuring is essential before setup.
Verdict: This triple-wide shelving unit is a dependable, high-capacity organizer for anyone with extensive media or book collections. If you have the wall space and want sturdy, fixed cubbies that hold up to 33 pounds each, it is a practical addition to your home.
