Detailed Review
The TICONN 5-Pack Matte Black Square Door Lever set provides a complete hardware upgrade for interior doors requiring privacy locking. Built with a bold square shape, this five-piece bundle is designed for interior spaces such as bedrooms, bathrooms, and home offices where privacy is needed across several rooms at once.
Construction relies on aluminium alloy paired with brass components, which prevents rusting even when installed in humid areas like bathrooms. For installation flexibility, the levers feature a fully reversible design that works on either right-handed or left-handed doors. The included latch adjusts between 2 3/8 inches (60mm) and 2 3/4 inches (70mm) from the door edge, ensuring broad compatibility with common residential door preps.
Setup is straightforward and requires only a basic Phillips screwdriver. Because the hardware uses a standard US strike plate, it installs directly onto pre-drilled doors without requiring alterations or rework to the existing door frame. However, door compatibility is strictly limited to door thicknesses between 1 3/8 inches (35mm) and 1 3/4 inches (45mm), so non-standard or extra-thick doors will not work with this set.
Verdict: This five-pack is an ideal, cohesive solution for homeowners or renters updating interior doors throughout a house. It delivers straightforward installation, reversible handling, and rust-resistant materials suitable for both living areas and humid bathrooms.
