Detailed Review
The ONETIGRIS SUPRANUBIS Camping Cot provides an elevated sleeping surface for campers, hikers, and travelers who want to avoid resting directly on rough, cold, or damp ground. Designed with versatile height options and a sturdy build, it serves as a reliable outdoor cot that adapts to various ground conditions and shelter setups.
A standout feature is the dual-height functionality. Using the 12 included leg extenders, you can raise the sleeping surface to 15.75 inches, which works well on grass or damp terrain and allows the frame to double as a bench. Alternatively, the lower 5.9-inch profile fits conveniently inside low-clearance tents while still providing a comfortable buffer above the cold ground. The frame measures 74.8 inches long by 27.5 inches wide, offering a generous sleeping area.
Construction relies on aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum bars and legs that support up to 330 pounds while preventing tipping. The sleeping surface uses heavy-duty 300D Oxford fabric that is both rip-stop and water-resistant. Setup is designed to take just minutes thanks to a leverage locking mechanism that tightens the frame with minimal effort. For convenience, an attached side pocket holds quick-grab items like phones or emergency kits, while an underneath net stores larger apparel and gear.
As a trade-off, converting between the two heights means keeping track of and manually inserting all 12 extension legs. In addition, the listing does not specify the exact total carry weight of the frame and storage sack, which is an important detail for long-distance hikers to consider.
Verdict: The ONETIGRIS SUPRANUBIS Camping Cot is a solid pick for outdoor enthusiasts looking for an adaptable, easy-to-assemble sleeping platform. Its two height options, handy gear storage, and sturdy 330-pound aluminum frame make it a dependable choice for truck camping, tent stays, and indoor trips.
