Detailed Review
The CRICAL 58-inch Carbon Fiber Pool Cue Stick provides a modern, low-deflection setup designed for players seeking steady accuracy on the table. Built with a high-strength carbon fiber construction, this two-piece cue offers high tensile and compressive strength along with solid toughness. Its all-black finish features a painted outer layer on the butt to maintain its appearance and increase overall service life.
Performance centers on the front carbon fiber shaft, which is filled with customized internal foam. This internal core reduces deflection when you apply heavy spin, ensuring predictable cue ball behavior shot after shot. At the tip end, an XTC white ferrule supports a 12.5mm multi-layer pigskin tip imported from Japan. The tip combines a hard center with softer outer edges to grab the ball cleanly without sacrificing structural durability.
Connecting the shaft to the butt is a 3/8x8 stainless steel joint, engineered to create a secure fit that transfers energy smoothly through your stroke. The lower half showcases a 3K twill weave design that reinforces the handle. The butt also accepts compatible weight bolts and extensions, allowing you to modify balance or length to match your personal stance and shooting habits.
While the design supports custom balancing and extra reach, the package does not include the weight bolts or the rear extension piece. Players who want to tweak the total mass immediately will need to source compatible hardware separately. Additionally, the listing specifies only the 12.5mm tip size and standard 58-inch length without mentioning initial base weight options.
Verdict: The CRICAL Carbon Fiber Pool Cue is a dependable choice for serious players who want a low-deflection shaft paired with a quality Japanese layered tip. It gives you the structural benefits of carbon fiber and modular weight options, provided you do not mind purchasing add-on accessories separately.
