TEEHO TE001 Keyless Entry Deadbolt with Keypad for Front Door, Bronze

The TEEHO TE001 Keyless Entry Deadbolt replaces traditional key-only locks with a digital keypad system designed for everyday home entry. It eliminates the hassle of carrying house keys by allowing access through programmed passcodes, making it a practical fit for busy households, rental hosts, or anyone needing managed access for guests and family members.

Daily access management is flexible, supporting up to 20 user passcodes along with a single-use code that automatically deletes after one entry. For convenience and security, the lock features customizable automatic locking that engages between 10 and 99 seconds after closing, though it remains off by default until programmed. You can also lock the door manually from the outside simply by holding any keypad button for two seconds.

Physical security and durability rely on an aluminum alloy housing, a solid lock cylinder, and anti-peeping code protection. With an IP54 weather-resistance rating, it is built to handle standard exterior conditions. Setup requires only a screwdriver, and performing an initial reset allows the mechanism to automatically adapt to either left-handed or right-handed doors.

There are a few installation requirements and hardware limits to note. This deadbolt is engineered strictly for 2-1/8 inch (54mm) door holes and will not fit doors with 38mm preparations. Additionally, while the lock operates for up to 365 days, the required four AA batteries are not included in the box and must be purchased separately. A red warning light will trigger once remaining battery power dips below 15%.

Verdict: The TEEHO TE001 is a dependable, budget-conscious upgrade for standard exterior doors. It is an excellent choice for homeowners and property managers who want flexible PIN access and auto-locking without complicated installation.
