Detailed Review
The 1byone Outdoor TV Antenna provides over-the-air signal reception for local television broadcasts across homes, RVs, attics, and marine setups. Featuring an omni-directional design, it captures both UHF and VHF frequencies from 360 degrees, which eliminates the need to manually aim the unit, use a motor, or fiddle with a directional remote control.
Signal quality is handled through exclusive Smart pass amplification alongside a built-in pre-amplifier. This setup actively boosts broadcast reception directly at the unit to preserve signal clarity across long cable runs. It also incorporates a dedicated 4G LTE filter to block out mobile network interference, maintaining steady reception on rainy or windy days while supporting clear 4K picture output.
Installation is straightforward and requires no tools, utilizing the included mounting accessories. The package features a 32-foot RG6U coaxial cable, giving you plenty of length to mount the antenna in high-reception areas outdoors or inside an attic. Its exterior shell is constructed from moisture-proof and flame-retardant materials to withstand changing outdoor conditions.
A notable limitation is that this antenna is specifically engineered to supply one TV. While you can attach an aftermarket splitter to feed multiple sets, dividing the signal strength between televisions may result in lost channels or weaker performance.
Verdict: This antenna is a solid pick for anyone who wants a low-maintenance, omni-directional setup for a single television without the hassle of re-aiming hardware. It suits homeowners, RV travelers, and boaters seeking clear digital reception through a simple, tool-free installation.
