- Exclusive fx dual rubber technology resists heat and ozone deterioration and has proven to last up to 40% longer than other premium wiper blades
- Patented beam design features exclusive tension spring arcing technology, that creates a fit that's custom-contoured to the curvature of each side of the windshield, for optimized visibility even under extreme weather conditions
- Built-in flexible asymmetric spoiler distributes uniform downward force along the entire length of the wiper blade, holding it firmly to the windshield at higher speeds to prevent lift-off, ensuring a cleaner wipe
- Quick, easy installation with original equipment quality hook adapter that is compatible with 9x3mm and 9x4mm hook wiper arms (not compatible with side lock, pinch tab, or top lock wiper arms which require "OE" suffix part numbers)

Detailed Review
The Bosch ICON 26A18A wiper blade set provides a paired driver and passenger replacement setup designed to clear rain, snow, and road spray. Drivers who need to replace aging or worn windshield wipers can use this pre-matched 2-pack to restore clear sightlines across the front glass without buying separate single units.
These beam-style blades rely on tension spring arcing technology, which curves each blade to match the specific profile of your windshield. This consistent contouring keeps the rubber in steady contact with the glass across extreme weather conditions. Bosch pairs this design with an integrated asymmetric spoiler that harnesses airflow to push the blade downward, preventing wind lift-off and skipping when driving at highway speeds.
Long-term durability comes from the specialized fx dual rubber material. This compound is formulated to resist breakdown caused by ozone and heat exposure, maintaining flexible clearing edges over extended use. Connecting the blades is simple on standard hook-style setups thanks to a pre-fitted adapter built to slide directly onto standard hook arms.
Compatibility is the main trade-off to consider before purchase. This set fits 9x3mm and 9x4mm hook wiper arms, meaning it will not mount to vehicles equipped with top lock, side lock, or pinch tab wiper designs. Because wiper arm connections vary across vehicle trims, shoppers cannot purchase by blade length alone and must verify their specific year, make, and model.
Verdict: The Bosch ICON 26A18A set is an excellent choice for drivers with standard hook wiper arms seeking durable, weather-resistant glass clearing. If your vehicle uses matching lengths and hook attachments, this two-blade bundle offers secure fitment and strong high-speed performance.
Who Should Buy It
A great fit if you:
- Drive a vehicle compatible with 26-inch and 18-inch hook-style wiper arms.
- Frequently travel at highway speeds and need blades that resist wind lift.
- Want durable rubber that holds up against heat and ozone exposure.
- Prefer replacing both driver and passenger blades in a single matched bundle.
Consider something else if you:
- Have a vehicle with side lock, top lock, or pinch tab wiper arms.
- Need blade sizes other than a 26-inch and 18-inch pairing.
FAQ
Which wiper arm types work with this set?
These blades include an original equipment quality adapter compatible with 9x3mm and 9x4mm hook wiper arms.
Will these blades fit top lock or pinch tab arms?
No, they do not fit top lock, side lock, or pinch tab connections, which require separate OE suffix part numbers.
Why is checking vehicle details necessary instead of just measuring length?
Different vehicles use varying wiper arm attachment types, making it impossible to guarantee proper fitment based purely on blade length measurements.
How does the rubber resist environmental wear?
The blades use fx dual rubber technology engineered to resist degradation caused by heat and ozone exposure.
