Detailed Review
Reynolds Kitchens Unbleached Parchment Paper Roll provides a non-stick liner designed for everyday home cooking and baking. Measuring 12 inches wide and 45 feet long, this roll offers 45 square feet of surface coverage to prevent baked goods from sticking to pans and to make clean-up significantly faster.
The paper is constructed using 75 percent unbleached fibers and contains 0 percent chlorine bleaching. Its non-stick surface is versatile enough to transition between standard oven baking, everyday stovetop prep tasks, and microwave heating without requiring additional cooking sprays or oils.
Keep in mind that heat resistance tops out at 425 degrees Fahrenheit, so higher-heat roasting or broiling methods are not supported. Additionally, because it arrives as a continuous 45-foot roll rather than pre-cut sheets, you will need to tear or cut each section to fit your specific cookware.
Verdict: This unbleached parchment roll is a dependable, chlorine-free kitchen essential for standard baking, microwave use, and pan lining. It is well suited for home cooks who want an easy-cleanup solution for recipes up to 425 degrees.
