Detailed Review
The ProTac 1L-1AA flashlight delivers up to 350 lumens of output in a slim, pocket-friendly format. Built for everyday carry, work tasks, and general illumination, it solves the problem of needing a dependable light source without adding bulk to your daily gear.
Its optical beam is balanced to provide practical distance throw alongside surrounding spill, making it useful for both close-up work and navigating dark areas. The light features TEN-TAP programming, allowing you to choose between three operating profiles: High/Strobe/Low, High-Only, or Low/High. This flexibility means you can tailor the switch sequence to prioritize maximum brightness or simpler cycling.
Durability is built around a machined aluminum body with an anodized finish. It also carries an IPX7 waterproof rating, ensuring the light can handle submersion in water up to 1 meter. These construction choices help it withstand wet environments and demanding daily handling.
As for trade-offs, the package includes the flashlight and user documentation, but the listing does not state that any batteries are supplied in the box. Additionally, the interface is confined to the three preset programs rather than fully custom brightness levels.
Verdict: This compact flashlight is an excellent choice for anyone needing a rugged, pocket-sized light with programmable modes for work or daily carry. It delivers solid illumination in a durable, waterproof aluminum frame.
