Detailed Review
The Verbatim CD-R 50 Pack provides reliable optical media for archiving data, assembling custom music mixes, or storing digital photo collections. It suits anyone needing physical backup copies or custom-labeled discs for personal projects, client deliverables, or presentations.
Each disc holds up to 700MB of data or 80 minutes of audio and supports high-speed recording up to 52X. The standout feature is the silver printable face, which lets you apply full-surface custom designs using dedicated inkjet disc printers from brands like Epson, Primera, Microboards, and Rimage. Once burned, the media offers wide playback compatibility across most standard CD-ROM drives.
Keep in mind that direct disc printing requires specialized inkjet hardware capable of handling CD media, as standard paper printers cannot feed these discs. Storage is also capped at the standard 700MB CD ceiling, so larger modern video or data backups will require multiple discs or different media types.
Verdict: This 50-pack is an excellent choice for creators and archivists who want fast-burning optical discs with custom-printable silver surfaces. It delivers dependable performance backed by a limited lifetime warranty from an established data storage brand.
