Highlights
- 100% Memory Foam
- 【Dual-Height Ergonomic Neck Support】Designed with two contour heights to match different sleep preferences: the higher 4.53" side provides added neck support and shoulder clearance for side sleepers, while the lower 3.15" / 3.93" side offers a more natural position for back sleepers. Simply flip the pillow to switch between the two heights and find the support that feels right for you.
- 【4-Zone Contour Support for Head, Neck & Shoulders】Unlike a traditional flat pillow, this ergonomic cervical pillow features multiple contour zones designed to cradle your head while supporting your neck, shoulders, and arms. The center depression helps keep your head comfortably positioned, while the raised neck contour and curved sides provide balanced support for a more natural sleeping posture.
- 【High-Resilience Memory Foam】Made with CertiPUR-US certified high-density memory foam, this neck pillow gently conforms to the shape of your head and neck while providing dependable support. Its 2–3 second responsive rebound quickly recovers after pressure is released, helping reduce excessive sinking and maintain its supportive shape night after night.
- 【Dual-Sided Cooling & Breathable Cover】One pillow, two comfort options. The blue cooling side is made with 87% Nylon and 13% Spandex for a smooth, refreshing cool-touch feel, while the white breathable side features 100% polyester to promote airflow and everyday comfort. Choose the side that suits the season and your personal sleep preference.
- 【Removable Washable Cover & Easy Care】The zippered pillowcase is removable and machine washable for convenient cleaning, while the inner protective liner helps keep the memory foam core clean and protected. Measuring approximately 23.6" × 13.4", this contour memory foam pillow offers spacious support for side and back sleepers. Please note: the memory foam core should not be washed.

Detailed Review
The MFWW Cervical Neck Pillow is an ergonomic memory foam cushion designed to help back and side sleepers maintain proper alignment during rest. Traditional flat pillows often lack structured neck support, which can lead to morning soreness. By utilizing targeted contouring, this pillow provides dedicated zones to cradle your head while balancing support across your neck, shoulders, and arms.
A key feature of this pillow is its dual-height design. One side stands at 4.53 inches to offer extra clearance and support for side sleepers, while the opposite side measures 3.15 to 3.93 inches for a flatter, more natural alignment suited to back sleepers. Switching heights is as simple as rotating the pillow. Inside, CertiPUR-US certified high-density memory foam provides a responsive 2 to 3 second rebound, ensuring the material contours to your body without sinking excessively.
Temperature regulation is handled via a dual-sided zippered pillowcase. The blue side is crafted from 87% nylon and 13% spandex to deliver a smooth, refreshing feel against the skin, while the white side uses 100% polyester to maximize airflow. For maintenance, the outer cover unzips easily for machine washing, and an inner liner stays in place to keep the memory foam core clean.
Keep in mind that while the outer cover is machine washable, the internal memory foam core cannot be washed. Additionally, the structured four-zone contours and dual-height profiles cater specifically to side and back sleeping postures, which may feel restrictive if you prefer to sleep completely flat on your stomach.
Verdict: The MFWW Cervical Neck Pillow is a solid, adaptable choice for back and side sleepers seeking tailored neck support. With its dual-height structure, responsive certified foam, and dual-sided cooling cover, it offers practical comfort for varied sleep preferences.
