Ciays 28" Propane Fire Pit Table, 50,000 BTU CSA-Listed Gas Fire Pit with RGB Lighting, Adjustable Flame, Lava Rock, APP Control, Music-Sync Lighting, Outdoor Gas Fire Pit for Patio, Backyard & Garden

Outdoor gatherings often stall when temperatures drop, and the Ciays 28" Propane Fire Pit Table tackles that chill by delivering a strong 50,000 BTU output alongside interactive ambient lighting. Built for patios, backyards, and garden seating areas, it focuses on fast heating and dual-purpose utility. The unit features external controls that let you adjust the flame height without reaching awkwardly across the burning area, while the included lava rocks disperse the heat and create a glowing volcanic look across the burner.

Beyond standard warmth, this propane fire pit doubles as entertainment decor through an included RGB LED lighting strip. You can operate the lighting through a dedicated smartphone app or a remote control, giving you command over brightness, color selection, and timers. The built-in music-sync mode pulses and shifts light hues in time with your audio, turning a casual patio chat into an energetic party centerpiece. Powering the lighting is adaptable as well, supporting either an adapter or an external power bank for spots where wall outlets are out of reach.

Utility also extends to daylight hours thanks to the included fitted lid. When you do not need heating, placing the cover transforms the 28-inch table into a stable dining and drink surface. This 2-in-1 layout is especially helpful for smaller decks and compact outdoor living areas where fitting both an outdoor table and a separate heater is impractical. Underneath, adjustable feet keep the table level on uneven flagstone, brick, or gravel surfaces, while an included storage bag keeps the light strip and small items organized when not in use.

Because the unit relies on external power sources for its lights, shoppers should note that a power bank is not bundled in the box. You will need to supply your own battery pack or position the table within range of an outlet if you plan to run the LED effects. Furthermore, while the 28-inch width saves space, it naturally limits the amount of surface area available for large dinner platters when the burner is uncovered.

Verdict: The Ciays 28" Propane Fire Pit Table is a smart pick for homeowners who want significant warmth, compact dining utility, and colorful party lighting in one appliance. If you want a CSA-listed heater that doubles as an evening entertainment hub, it delivers excellent flexibility for small to mid-sized yards.

A great fit if you:

• Need a solid 50,000 BTU heat source that doubles as an outdoor dining surface when covered with its lid.
• Enjoy hosting lively evening get-togethers and want dynamic RGB lights that dance along to playing music.
• Have uneven patio pavers or garden ground that requires leveling using adjustable stabilizing feet.
• Value verified CSA safety features like automatic flame-out protection and gas leak prevention.

Consider something else if you:

• Require a full-sized outdoor dining table capable of serving large banquets simultaneously around an open flame.
• Prefer a basic traditional fire table without decorative electronic lighting strips or required app controls.

Confirm on the listing:

• Check the dimensions of your patio seating area to confirm a 28-inch square fire table fits your arrangement comfortably.
• Check whether you have a spare portable power bank on hand, as one is required for cord-free lighting use but not included.
• Review the specific app requirements and operating system compatibility for your smartphone before setting up mobile lighting controls.
• Confirm the propane tank size and connection type required by checking the product manual details online.

How to compare your options: Focus primarily on heat rating, surface dimensions, and auxiliary safety features when selecting an outdoor gas fire pit table. This Ciays model provides 50,000 BTU of output with CSA certification for safety, which gives it ample heating capacity compared to lower-output decorative units. If you frequently balance dinner drinks and patio entertainment, its convertible lid design provides immediate surface value over open-bowl fire pits.

Place the fire pit on a firm, level outdoor spot, using the adjustable feet to eliminate any wobbling before lighting the burner. Arrange the included lava rocks evenly around the burner pan to ensure proper flame distribution and to achieve the intended volcanic glow effect.

When using the RGB lighting strip, decide in advance whether you will run it via an electrical adapter or connect your own charged power bank. Use the included storage bag to protect the lights, cables, and power bank from outdoor exposure when the table is turned off.

Make sure the burner is completely off and cool to the touch before placing the lid on top to convert the unit into a dining surface. Regularly wipe down the table surface according to the care instructions in the user manual to keep the finish clean between patio gatherings.

Does this fire pit come with a power bank for the lights?
No, a power bank is not included in the package. You will need to provide your own portable power bank or run the lighting strip using an adapter.

How does the music-sync lighting work?
The included RGB light strip detects the rhythm of your music and automatically flashes and changes colors along with the beat. You can also adjust standard colors, brightness, and timers through an app or remote control.

Can I use this unit as a regular patio table?
Yes, it features a 2-in-1 design that includes a matching lid. Placing the lid over the burner transforms the 28-inch fire pit into a standard flat surface for drinks and plates.

What safety certifications does the fire pit have?
It carries CSA certification and incorporates essential built-in safety mechanisms, including gas leak protection and flame-out protection.
