Detailed Reviews

The Capresso Infinity Plus is a solid mid-tier grinder that brings commercial-grade performance to home coffee enthusiasts. The conical burr system with advanced cutting design produces remarkably consistent results across its 16 grind settings, making it adaptable to virtually any brewing method. The innovative gear reduction motor is a standout feature, as it significantly reduces heat generation during grinding—a critical factor in preserving the delicate flavors and aromatics that make specialty coffee worth buying.

In real-world usage, this grinder excels for those who brew multiple cups daily and appreciate flexibility in their coffee preparation. The see-through bean hopper is a practical touch, and the removable ground coffee container adds convenience. However, the 4-oz ground coffee capacity means frequent emptying for high-volume users, and the 7.8/10 rating suggests some customers have experienced longevity concerns.

Verdict: The Capresso Infinity Plus delivers excellent grinding quality and versatility at a reasonable price point, making it ideal for coffee lovers seeking an upgrade from blade grinders. While it may not match premium burr grinders in durability, it's a reliable choice for those prioritizing flavor preservation and grind consistency.
