It stays firm and supportive even after hours of sitting. It supports up to 150 kilograms under normal use.
- [Full-Body Ergonomic Support for Neck & Waist] Long hours of gaming or office work often make your neck stiff and your waist tired. The high backrest follows the natural S-curve of your back. It comes with two removable pillows for your head and waist, and you can adjust their position up and down freely to reduce pressure.Your shoulders, back and waist all get steady support, so you can stay comfortable even when sitting for a long time.

Our chair’s armrests are linked with the backrest. They will adjust their angle automatically when you lean back.Whether you sit at 90° for focused work, 115° for casual relaxation or 135° for resting, your arms always rest in a natural position. You do not need to adjust the armrests by hand again and again.

Detailed Review
The NZFYTRT Gaming Chair is an ergonomic computer seat designed for adults spending long hours working or gaming at a desk. Built with a 52cm wide base and a tested gas lift, it accommodates users up to 330 pounds (150 kg) while providing room to stretch or sit cross-legged. Its high-back design matches the natural S-curve of the spine to help reduce stiffness in your neck and waist.
Comfort centers around a 12cm thick, four-layer seat base that integrates independent pocket springs, bottom support foam, high-bounce sponge, and a soft top surface. This layered construction stays firm under pressure rather than sinking over time. The chair recline locks into 90 degrees for upright tasks, 115 degrees for casual use, or 135 degrees for rest. Pulling out the built-in footrest lets you fully kick back, while linkage armrests automatically shift their angle alongside the backrest so your arms remain supported without manual adjustments.
The exterior uses soft, breathable tech fabric engineered to resist scratching, cracking, and fading. Routine upkeep requires just wiping off surface dirt directly with a cloth. Assembly takes about 30 minutes for most users with the provided parts and multi-language illustrated guide, and the base features smooth, quiet caster wheels suitable for carpets, tile, and wood floors.
In terms of trade-offs, the reclining system provides three specific locking positions (90, 115, and 135 degrees) rather than continuous tilt-locking at any random angle. Because the armrests are linked directly to the backrest motion, they do not adjust independently in height or width.
Verdict: The NZFYTRT Gaming Chair is a strong choice for anyone seeking a wide, spring-cushioned seat with an integrated footrest and simple maintenance. It offers versatile reclining options for gamers and desk workers who want reliable full-body support up to 330 pounds.
