Highlights
- RAPID BOIL WITH AUTO SHUT-OFF: This 1500W glass electric kettle brings up to 7.2 cups (1.7 liters) of water to a rolling boil fast, then automatically powers off the moment boiling is complete -- no watching, no waiting, no worrying. The boil-dry protection feature also shuts the kettle off safely if water runs out, giving you complete peace of mind every time.
- SEE-THROUGH GLASS BODY WITH BLUE LED GLOW: The crystal-clear glass body lets you watch your water heat in real time while the blue LED ring illuminates at the base during every boil cycle. Three clearly marked graduation levels -- MIN 0.5L / 1.0L / MAX 1.7L -- make it easy to fill exactly what you need, every single time.

Detailed Review
The Elite Gourmet EKT1792M is a 1.7-liter glass electric kettle designed to boil water quickly for tea, French press coffee, oatmeal, soup, and instant meals. Packing 1500 watts of heating power, it handles up to 7.2 cups per cycle, making it practical for busy mornings or multi-person households needing hot water ready in minutes.
Daily operation is straightforward thanks to a simple one-button control and a dedicated lid lock release for refilling. The transparent glass carafe features clear measurement markings at 0.5L, 1.0L, and 1.7L, illuminated by a blue LED ring at the base while heating. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, the unit automatically shuts off. Built-in boil-dry protection provides extra peace of mind by cutting power if the kettle runs out of water.
Serving is equally convenient. The kettle lifts cleanly off its 360-degree swivel base without any attached cords getting in the way, accommodating both left- and right-handed users. A coarse stainless steel mesh filter integrated into the pouring spout catches loose sediment and debris, ensuring clean water pours straight into your mug or bowl.
Regarding trade-offs, the single-button design means there are no variable temperature settings for delicate teas that require specific heat levels. The glass construction also requires careful handling compared to all-metal or plastic kettles, and the kettle requires at least 0.5 liters of water to meet the minimum fill line.
Verdict: The Elite Gourmet EKT1792M is a solid, no-fuss choice for anyone seeking a high-capacity electric kettle for daily kitchen tasks. It is especially well suited for households that prioritize quick boiling, clear water visibility, and simple single-button operation.
