Homaxy Oval Heat Resistant Placemats Set of 6, Reddish Brown

The Homaxy Oval Placemat Set includes six table mats designed to protect indoor and outdoor dining surfaces from everyday mealtime wear. Built from vinyl faux leather with finished stitching, these mats offer a quick way to guard delicate finishes from hot plates, food spills, and accidental scratches without complicating your post-meal cleanup.

Each mat measures 12 by 17 inches and features a 2mm (0.08 inch) thickness that acts as a reliable physical barrier. With heat resistance up to 212°F (100°C), they shield dining surfaces against white heat marks and scratching caused by hot dinnerware. The double-sided textured pattern delivers anti-slip stability across smooth table materials, including wood, marble, and glass.

Daily maintenance is straightforward thanks to the waterproof and oil-proof PU surface. Spills, grease, and crumbs do not soak in, meaning you can simply wipe the mats down using a damp cloth after dining rather than running them through a laundry cycle.

A notable trade-off is that these placemats are not designed for dishwasher cleaning, requiring manual wipe-downs instead. Additionally, while the 212°F threshold handles standard hot plates and serving dishes, it is not rated for cookware straight from high-heat burners or ovens.

Verdict: The Homaxy Oval Placemat Set is a practical choice for anyone needing durable, slip-resistant surface protection for daily family meals, patio dining, or gatherings. If you want easy-to-wipe table protection that handles warm plates and prevents scratches, this six-piece set fits the bill.
