Highlights
- 🔥【UPGRADE DESIGN】🔥 The spirit bubbles have lights so when you're within 0.15 degrees from level, they light up. This is true for both horizontal and vertical bubble. Long press the "🔊" key to turn on the sound. When the angle value displayed on the screen is within ±0.15 degrees, the light of the water bubble will turn on. When the value is 0, it will sound continuously.
- 【BRIGHT LCD DISPLAY】Easily read, large LCD Display and Automatic backlight, greatly improve visibility in poor or dim working conditions. Mini digital level angle gauge displays angle and bevel readings in degrees, in/ft, mm/m, and percent slope.
- 【V-GROOVE DESIGN with MAGNETIC】The level's V-groove is designed to fit the contour of round surfaces like conduit and pipe more securely. The leveler has a strong holding magnetic edge. Magnetic force is greater than 3 lbs for hand-free convenience.
- 【MULTI FUNCTION】Press the "H" button to enter absolute angle mode. The value will hold for easy to read. The magnetic digital level has absolute measurement for measuring the angle against the horizontal plane. This digital protractor and angle finder also features a relative measurement mode for quickly measuring angle between two measured surfaces for levelness.
- 【MULTI-ANGLE MEASUREMENT】The Multi-Function digital Level features 2 extremely clear and intuitive blue acrylic vials, which obtain preciseness accuracy of 0.5mm/m providing a wonderful and joyful experience for measurement and calibration of indoor and outdoor jobs.

Detailed Review
The RONGPRO 9 Inch Digital Level combines traditional bubble vials with a digital readout to assist with leveling and angle measurement tasks. It is designed for DIYers, carpenters, and tradespeople who need fast, readable angle checks on flat surfaces, framing, or metallic piping.
This tool features illuminated horizontal and vertical spirit bubbles that automatically light up when you are within 0.15 degrees of level. For situations where the screen is hard to see, turning on the audio alert produces a continuous tone at exactly zero degrees. The large LCD screen includes an automatic backlight and can display measurements in degrees, percent slope, inches per foot (in/ft), or millimeters per meter (mm/m).
For metal fabrication and electrical work, the aluminum base includes a strong magnetic edge capable of holding more than 3 pounds. The built-in V-groove fits securely along round conduit and pipes to prevent slipping. Users can freeze readings using the hold button, reference absolute level against the horizontal plane, or switch into relative measurement mode to compare angles between two distinct surfaces.
At 9 inches in length, this compact tool is portable, though it may not span wide distances as easily as longer builder levels. Additionally, the listing does not state the required battery type or expected operating life.
Verdict: The RONGPRO 9 Inch Digital Level is a capable angle finder for anyone working on pipes, framing, or precision indoor and outdoor installations. Its combination of lighted vials, strong magnetic grip, and clear audible feedback makes leveling straightforward even in awkward spots.
