Detailed Review
The immiper 11.6 Inch Car Overhead Player is a flip-down roof monitor designed to bring digital entertainment to rear passengers on road trips. It provides an independent video display for families and commuters who want dedicated backseat viewing without cluttering seats with portable mounts.
Visuals run on an 11.6-inch IPS HD TFT digital widescreen delivering a 1366x768 resolution. To ensure backseat riders get a clear line of sight from different seating positions, the display tilts down with an adjustable opening angle that extends up to 120 degrees.
Audio and video playback options are flexible. The unit is equipped with built-in speakers, allowing audio to broadcast straight from the monitor so you do not need to route sound through the car stereo. For media inputs, it includes an HDMI port, an AV input, and a USB port that handles a wide variety of video, audio, and photo formats up to 4K resolution, including MP4, MKV, AVI, and FLV.
This overhead monitor does not include an internal DVD drive, making it strictly a digital media player. In addition, the USB port only reads FAT32 and NTFS file systems, meaning drives formatted in exFAT must be reformatted on a computer before use.
Verdict: The immiper overhead monitor is a solid choice for vehicle owners who rely on USB storage and HDMI media streaming. It gives rear passengers a sharp, adjustable screen with dedicated audio output.
