Detailed Review
The TIMBER RIDGE Oversized Folding Camping Chair is a heavy-duty outdoor seat designed for users who need extra room and high weight support. Built around a sturdy steel frame rated for up to 500 pounds, it offers reliable stability for backyard lounging, tailgates, sporting events, and camping trips.
Comfort is a clear focus in the design. The chair features an oversized build with a 24 3/8-inch seat width, a 19 3/4-inch seat depth, and a high 26 3/8-inch back. A padded headrest supports your neck, while hard armrests give you stable leverage when getting in and out of the seat.
Convenience features include an integrated cup holder along with a built-in pocket featuring a cooler. This setup allows you to keep cold beverages, snacks, and small personal items like phones right at your side without needing a separate side table.
The main trade-off comes down to weight. At 16.85 pounds, this is a substantial chair that is heavier to carry over long walking distances compared to compact outdoor seating options.
Verdict: This chair is a great choice for anyone looking for a sturdy, high-capacity camp chair with built-in storage. If you want ample room and solid steel construction for your yard or campsite, it is well worth considering.
