Detailed Review
The VCANIVR Cat Scratch Furniture Protector set offers a direct way to shield upholstery, carpets, doors, and corners from scratching damage caused by cats and dogs. The transparent adhesive sheets create an unobtrusive physical barrier against sharp claws while blending naturally into your home setup.
Each pack includes 12 clear sheets across two practical dimensions, giving you six larger pieces (9.45 by 14.17 inches) and six narrower pieces (5.9 by 14.17 inches). An included scraper helps you apply the sheets firmly for a tight fit. The material is flexible enough to bend neatly around corner contours, and you can also cut the sheets with standard scissors to fit awkward gaps or smaller furniture sections.
Keeping the protectors clean is straightforward, as the surface resists dust accumulation and wipes down easily. However, the adhesive backing requires some caution depending on your furniture material. The manufacturer advises against using these sheets on leather or plush couches, as they may leave adhesive residue behind upon removal.
Verdict: This 12-piece pack is a practical, customizable deterrent for pet owners needing clear claw protection across standard fabric sofas, doors, and corners. Just avoid using them on leather or plush surfaces to prevent potential adhesive marks.
