Detailed Review
The GOI 10X/30X Magnifying Floor Lamp combines high-powered optics with an adjustable light stand for detailed, hands-free work. Designed for hobbyists, craftspeople, and users with low vision, it solves the frustration of holding a handheld magnifier while trying to solder, sew, or read fine print. The sturdy base keeps the unit stable beside a chair or workbench.
Optics and lighting drive the core performance of this unit. The 15cm wide lens gives you a broad field of view, while the 10X and 30X magnification levels allow you to inspect intricate crafts, coins, or electronic components clearly. Around the lens, an upgraded 72-LED array provides bright illumination with step-less dimming from 5% to 100%. You can also toggle between three color temperatures: 3000K warm white for relaxed reading, 4500K natural light for balanced everyday visibility, and 6500K cool white for intense task precision.
Ergonomics are handled by an adjustable gooseneck arm that ranges from 40cm (16 inches) up to 116cm (46 inches). This flexibility lets you position the head directly over your lap while seated, across a craft table, or upright for applying makeup. Because the lighting is flicker-free and the lens has an anti-glare design, it helps reduce eye strain during extended work sessions.
As a full floor-standing lamp, this model does require dedicated floor space near your work area. The listing details do not specify power cord length or plug type, so you may need to plan your workspace arrangement accordingly.
Verdict: This lamp is a reliable choice for seniors, crafters, and electronics repairers who need bright, customizable lighting paired with high-power magnification. It delivers stable, hands-free viewing right where you need it.
