Detailed Review
The LitONES LED Desk Lamp is a dual-purpose workspace light designed for remote professionals, students, and creators who need both task illumination and video lighting. Instead of requiring separate fixtures for reading and video conferencing, this unit uses an adjustable swing arm that quickly pivots to illuminate your face on camera or cast a balanced glow across your desk surface.
Lighting quality relies on an edge-lit, diffused panel powered by 84 LED beads. This setup distributes light evenly across the work area to help prevent eye strain during extended work or study sessions. You can fine-tune both brightness and color temperature to suit your task, and built-in memory saves your preferred settings between uses. The high color rendering index (CRI 95 or greater) closely mimics natural light, helping you look sharp and natural during Zoom meetings and live streams.
Physical adjustability is a core strength of the design. The lamp features a 26.7-inch arm with five pivot joints and a 7.09-inch rotating head, giving you broad flexibility in height and angle. Unlike clamp-mounted arms that require specific desk edge dimensions and wall clearance, this lamp sits on a freestanding 0.27-inch thick metal base. The slim profile keeps the footprint stable without permanent mounting, so you can easily shift it between workstations.
Because this model uses a flat metal base instead of a clamp, it does require dedicated tabletop space. While the base is thin, it may not suit desks that are completely crowded with gear. Additionally, the listing does not specify precise lumen measurements or power cord dimensions, so buyers looking for exact brightness numbers will need to rely on the general settings.
Verdict: The LitONES LED Desk Lamp is an excellent choice for anyone who splits their time between paperwork, screen reading, and video meetings. Its combination of a high-CRI diffused beam, extensive swing-arm range, and stable freestanding base delivers flexible lighting for any standard home office setup.
