Detailed Review

The Dirt Devil Multi-Surface Total Pet+ Upright Bagless Vacuum Cleaner is built for households dealing with pet hair, crumbs, and multi-floor cleaning. It uses Max Power Technology to tackle dirt from floor to ceiling, making it a solid choice for busy pet owners who want an efficient cleanup routine.

For floor care, the vacuum features PowerPass technology paired with a 4-level floor height adjustment. This setup allows you to switch between bare floors and low or high pile carpeting while preventing dust and debris from scattering. Above-floor cleaning is supported by an 8-foot cleaning reach and a specialized pet tool kit, helping you clear hair and dirt from furniture and elevated spots.

Maintenance is straightforward thanks to the bagless setup. The large dirt cup features a one-touch, easy-release mechanism that lets you dump debris directly into the trash quickly and without mess, reducing the number of trips you have to make during a cleaning session.

Because this is a corded upright machine, your cleaning radius is tied to nearby wall outlets. The product information also leaves out certain specific details, such as the exact dirt cup capacity in liters and the precise power cord length.

Verdict: The Dirt Devil Multi-Surface Total Pet+ is a dependable upright cleaner for pet owners with mixed flooring. If you need dedicated pet attachments and flexible height adjustments for carpets and hard surfaces, this corded upright fits the bill.
