Detailed Review
The Lareina Porcelain 3-Ounce Espresso Cups Set provides a complete six-person service designed specifically for concentrated coffee drinks. Built from lead-free porcelain, these demitasse cups solve countertop clutter by organizing the entire set vertically on a dedicated stacking rack. It suits daily espresso drinkers and home hosts who want a tidy, matching setup for serving small specialty coffees.
Each cup holds 3 ounces and measures 2.6 inches in diameter by 2.3 inches high, sitting on a matching 4.7-inch saucer plate. This capacity works well for double shots, cortados, macchiatos, lungos, and Turkish coffee. In addition to the cups and saucers, the set includes rust-proof stainless steel spoons finished with titanium gold plating, making it easy to stir and serve right away.
Everyday maintenance is straightforward because the porcelain pieces are safe for both the dishwasher and the microwave. The included stacking stand keeps the saucers and cups together in one spot, saving cabinet space and making it easy to carry the entire set across the kitchen.
As for trade-offs, the 3-ounce size is strictly meant for short espresso drinks and will not fit larger beverages like lattes or regular drip coffee. Additionally, while the spoons are specified as titanium gold-plated stainless steel, the listing does not detail the exact material of the metal stacking stand.
Verdict: The Lareina 6-piece espresso cup set is an excellent choice for anyone who frequently brews double shots, cortados, or macchiatos and wants an all-in-one organized serving station. It delivers durable, microwave-safe porcelain cups with matching saucers, spoons, and storage in a single compact package.
