Detailed Review
Desert Valley Supply Critter Blend is an all-natural feed designed to nourish a wide range of backyard animals throughout the year. It solves the issue of buying separate feeds by drawing in squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, deer, wild birds, and other local wildlife with a single mix.
This blend offers flexible feeding options depending on your setup. You can load it into squirrel feeders, spread it across platform feeders, or simply scatter it across the ground for natural grazing. Because each batch is hand packed in small batches in the USA, bags are carefully sealed to maintain peak quality and freshness.
One consideration is that the manufacturer does not list the specific seeds, nuts, or grains included in the mix. Additionally, with sizes limited to 3lb, 5lb, and 10lb resealable bags, high-volume feeders may go through bags quickly if feeding larger animals like deer.
Verdict: This blend is a reliable, versatile choice for wildlife enthusiasts looking to support multiple animal species from a single bag. It is well suited for anyone wanting an easy-to-use food for ground or platform feeding in every season.
