Carpet Tile Tape Double Sided 2in x 90ft - Heavy Duty Reinforced

AllFlooringNow Double Sided Carpet Tile Tape is designed to anchor rugs, runners, carpet squares, and artificial turf securely without the need for messy glues or mechanical fasteners. Built with a reinforced fiber web mesh, this two-sided tape prevents floor coverings from shifting or curling at the corners, making it a practical option for busy households, workspaces, and event venues.

The adhesive uses a silicone acrylic formula that is low odor, low VOC, and free of harsh chemicals. This makes it suitable for indoor environments like nurseries, classrooms, and homes with children and pets. Beyond standard room conditions, the tape is weatherproof and rated for temperatures ranging from -4° F to 176° F, allowing you to use it on outdoor patios or entryways as easily as indoor living spaces.

Installation is straightforward and requires only basic tools. You simply roll the tape onto a clean floor, press it down firmly, cut it to length with a utility knife, remove the top liner, and press your flooring material into place. When it comes time to reconfigure or remove your floor covering, the reinforced web mesh releases in one continuous strip without leaving sticky residue behind on hardwood, vinyl, laminate, carpet, tile, rubber, or sealed concrete.

One consideration is that the tape requires a utility knife to trim, so you will need that tool on hand during setup. Additionally, while it is compatible with sealed concrete, the listing does not state whether it adheres properly to unsealed or porous concrete floors.

Verdict: AllFlooringNow Double Sided Carpet Tile Tape is an excellent choice for DIYers, renters, and event organizers looking for strong, residue-free holding power. It provides reliable indoor and outdoor adhesion for a wide variety of floor types without harsh chemical odors.
