Detailed Review

The Pony Jorgensen 50 Pipe Clamp Fixture is a heavy-duty woodworking tool designed to mount onto standard 3/4-inch black pipe. By turning separate lengths of pipe into customizable clamps, this two-pack set helps woodworkers secure large assemblies, glue-ups, and industrial builds without tying up their hands.

Built from cast iron, the fixtures use a multiple-disc clutch system that provides strong holding pressure while allowing quick, reliable adjustments along the pipe. An ergonomic handle lets you dial in the required clamping force smoothly, and an integrated coil spring prevents the sliding head from slipping out of place during setup.

Each fixture features a 1-3/4-inch clamping face, offering solid surface contact for various woodworking projects. Because the design accommodates any pipe length, you can easily adapt the setup from compact DIY crafts to wide furniture panels. Assembly is straightforward, and releasing the clamp is quick once the job is finished.

Keep in mind that these fixtures only function with 3/4-inch black pipe, which is not included in the package. You will need to source your own threaded pipe to complete the tool setup.

Verdict: The Pony Jorgensen 50 clamp set is an ideal choice for woodworkers and DIY builders seeking durable, cast-iron clamping fixtures that adapt to custom project lengths.
