Detailed Review
The Lepro Small Desk Lamp with Clamp provides targeted task lighting for compact spaces. Designed to attach directly to workbenches, drawing boards, bedside headboards, or small desks, it frees up valuable tabletop real estate. It serves anyone needing a dedicated light source without cluttering their immediate workspace.
Equipped with 54 energy efficient LEDs, the lamp outputs up to 450 to 460 lumens of natural, non-glaring light. Users can tailor their illumination using 3 distinct color modes, each featuring 10 brightness levels. This flexibility allows for crisp white light during office tasks or soft warm light for evening reading. A bendable gooseneck lets you point the beam at the exact angle required.
Powered entirely via USB, this 5W lamp plugs into a laptop, PC, or power bank, reducing the need for an open wall socket. However, it is not rechargeable and contains no internal battery, meaning it must stay connected to a power source during use. Additionally, you will need to provide your own AC adapter if you intend to plug it into a standard wall outlet.
Verdict: The Lepro Clamp Desk Lamp is a practical, adjustable lighting solution for students, remote workers, and hobbyists with limited desk space. If you have an available USB port and need customizable illumination for reading or drawing, it is a straightforward pick.
