Detailed Review
The Drylite Towel is a lightweight, packable towel designed for camping, backpacking, hiking, boating, and travel. It replaces heavy, bulky cotton towels with a compact fabric option that easily fits inside gear bags, daypacks, or luggage.
Built from super-absorbent microfiber with a soft ultra-suede finish, the material absorbs moisture efficiently while remaining pleasant against the skin. Because microfiber provides about 40 times the surface area of a regular fiber, the towel dries rapidly after use. It also includes practical features like an attached press-stud tab for clipping directly onto a clothesline or pack, along with a dedicated mesh-faced storage pouch.
The medium size measures 20 by 39 inches and weighs 3.5 ounces, packing down to a tidy 5.25 by 5.25 inches. Because it is sized as a medium towel, it works well for bath, kitchen, or beach use on the move, though it will not provide the oversized coverage of a full-length sheet. Maintenance is straightforward since the fabric is fully machine washable.
Verdict: This packable microfiber towel is a smart pick for hikers, campers, and travelers who need a fast-drying, ultra-light towel that takes up minimal pack space.
