Detailed Review
The Logitech C922x HD Pro is a dedicated PC and laptop webcam designed for video calls, streaming, and content creation. It captures video in Full HD 1080p at 30 frames per second or 720p at 60 frames per second, giving users clear detail and vibrant colors whether mounted on a monitor or a desktop setup.
Visual clarity is maintained through built-in autofocus and automatic HD lighting adjustment. These adjustments fine-tune image settings so you remain visible even in low-light environments. For audio, the camera is equipped with dual microphones that capture stereo sound during live calls and recordings.
Video creators and gamers can take advantage of the included advanced capture software for easy content sharing. The webcam is also compatible with Nintendo Switch 2 GameChat mode and comes packaged with a 3-month XSplit VCam license, which lets you blur, remove, or replace backgrounds without needing a physical green screen.
A clear limitation is the absence of a built-in privacy shutter, meaning you will need an external cover if you prefer physical lens blocking when not in use. Additionally, the bundled XSplit VCam background replacement tool is limited to a 3-month license period.
Verdict: The Logitech C922x is a capable choice for gamers, remote workers, and streamers who need sharp 1080p video, low-light compensation, and stereo audio. It provides strong everyday video calling functionality for desktop and laptop computers.
