Detailed Review
The Radius Garden 25602 Pro-Lite Carbon Steel Edger is a manual lawn tool designed to trim neat borders along garden beds and walkways. It provides a clean, quiet, and low-maintenance alternative for gardeners who prefer not to deal with fuel, cords, or engine upkeep associated with gas-powered machines.
The tool is built around a heat-treated carbon steel blade measuring approximately 9 by 5 inches, paired with a durable fiberglass shaft for heavy-duty digging tasks. For easier cutting, it features an extra-wide elevated forward step. This platform gives you more foot leverage to drive the blade into the turf while helping you maintain your balance during use.
Because it is a manual hand tool, it does require physical effort and proper upkeep. The carbon steel blade needs to be wiped clean after every gardening session to maintain its quality and performance over time. Additionally, the manufacturer lifetime guarantee applies only within the continental US.
Verdict: The Radius Garden 25602 is an economical and dependable choice for homeowners who want crisp garden edges without the noise and maintenance of powered equipment. Its wide stepping ledge and sturdy build make routine edging straightforward and manageable.
