Ready America 70180 72 Hour Emergency Kit, 1-Person, 3-Day Backpack, Includes First

The ReadyAmerica 70180 72 Hour Emergency Kit is a dedicated grab-and-go survival pack built for one person. It brings together basic sustenance, weather shelter, injury care, and signaling gear into a single portable bag. Designed for unexpected events such as earthquakes, hurricanes, wildfires, and power blackouts, it provides essential supplies when regular access to assistance is disrupted.

For basic physical needs, the pack contains a 2400-calorie emergency food bar alongside six individually sealed water pouches. Weather exposure is addressed with an emergency blanket and a poncho, helping protect against rain, cold, and wind. The bag also features safety tools, including a 12-hour lightstick for illumination during blackouts and a safety whistle to signal search and rescue teams.

Minor injuries and hazard cleanups are handled by an included 18-piece first aid kit paired with a set of nitrile gloves to protect hands from debris. Everything is packed inside a lightweight survival backpack, keeping the gear organized and ready for fast evacuation from a home, office, or vehicle.

Because this kit is configured specifically for a single person over a three-day window, households with multiple people will require additional supplies or separate bags. The listing also does not itemize each individual component inside the 18-piece first aid kit beyond the included nitrile gloves.

Verdict: The ReadyAmerica 70180 is a practical, all-in-one solution for anyone seeking a pre-packed personal go bag. It offers an organized setup of food, hydration, shelter, and first aid for home, vehicle, or workplace preparedness.
