ROBERTS Junior Power Carpet Stretcher - 12-Piece Value Kit with Adjustable Locking

The Roberts Junior Power Carpet Stretcher Value Kit is a dedicated 12-piece system designed for carpet installation in residential and commercial spaces. It provides the reach and leverage needed to stretch carpeting securely across rooms, solving the issue of loose or improperly tensioned flooring.

The system is capable of stretching carpet over 38 feet by utilizing its six included 3-foot extension tubes along with a transfer tube and an adjustable locking tube (Mfg. No. 10-250). For stability, the kit features an 18-inch spring-loaded tail block equipped with wheels, which delivers solid support against walls during use. The main Junior Power Stretcher unit (Mfg. No. 10-237) is built with a low-profile head, making it easy to span with a knee kicker during fitting.

Managing a comprehensive kit can be challenging on busy job sites, but this package includes dedicated storage solutions. It comes with an interlocking wheel stretcher carrying case alongside a separate tube carrying case, keeping all components organized between installations.

As a multi-component system, setup requires assembling several tubes and components to match the room dimensions. The listing does not specify total kit weight or individual component materials, so users should prepare for managing multiple storage cases during transit.

Verdict: The Roberts Junior Power Carpet Stretcher Kit is an excellent choice for installers tackling expansive rooms up to 38 feet. Its combination of adjustable extension tubes, wheeled tail block support, and dedicated cases makes it a reliable setup for professional carpet fitting.
