Detailed Review
The Fieldmaster is a multi-functional pocket tool designed to tackle a wide variety of outdoor and everyday maintenance tasks. Packed with 15 functions, it provides quick solutions for users working in the yard, spending time at a campsite, or managing routine household chores.
Its feature set includes dedicated cutting implements such as multiple blades, a wood saw, and scissors. For utility and repair tasks, the knife incorporates screwdrivers, a wire stripper, and a standard bottle opener, placing essential everyday hardware directly into a handheld format.
Measuring 3.6 inches long by 1 inch wide and weighing 3.5 ounces, it remains portable enough for regular pocket carry. The exterior casing uses classic red ABS/Cellidor scales, maintaining a traditional aesthetic while keeping the multi-tool compact.
Regarding trade-offs, packing 15 tools into a 0.8-inch thick frame makes it slightly thicker than minimal pocket knives. Additionally, specialized add-ons like the Mini Tool Set and Mini Tool FireAnt Set do not come included in the box and must be purchased separately.
Verdict: The Fieldmaster is an excellent fit for campers, gardeners, and daily carry enthusiasts needing a comprehensive set of outdoor tools in one compact unit.
